This application enables to connect the Patients, Clinicians and organization on the mobility platform through Patient Health Portal of the Organization. Clinicians would able to view their appointments and Patient Health records on the move. Similarly patients would able to fix appointments online with the respective doctors and also would able to view their Lab reports, Health records on their mobile or tabs.
