It involves procurement planning, supply source identification, PO generation, supply tracking, material inspection, and bill processing. Integration with a supplier portal facilitates online document exchange.<\/li><li><strong>Stores &amp; Inventory Management:<\/strong> This module handles the complete receipt and issuance of materials against POs, warehouse management for raw materials and finished products, and supports multi-branch, multi-store stock maintenance.<\/li><li><strong>Quality Management:<\/strong> Integrates with or includes a built-in QMS system to manage quality aspects. Incoming material receipts can be held in &#8216;Restricted Stock&#8217; until QC approval, after which they move to &#8216;Unrestricted Stock&#8217; for production or logistics, or returned to the
